Herbivore Veggie Bar was created for the Stringybark Urban Sustainability Festival.
The design brief was to create a customised, multi-purpose structure that built a range of flexible uses and spaces into its design: public art gallery, public presentation platform, interchangeable café and ‘chill out’ zone. The project was also intended to promote environmental awareness, sustainable living, and most importantly that healthy food can be both fast and delicious.
“Herbie” has been shortlisted in the 2014 Restaurant and Bar Design Awards, UK and International Pop Up Category.
